1. Pre-Order Items (7–8 Weeks)



Some of our products are pre-order items, which means they are made or prepared after your order is placed. The estimated processing and shipping time for pre-orders is 7–8 weeks.


By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait the full production and shipping time.



2. Order Cancellation



  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled because production has already started.




3. Refunds



We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:


  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives defective
  • You receive the wrong item



To request a refund, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.



4. Non-Refundable Items



The following items are non-refundable:


  • Pre-order or made-to-order items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards




5. Return Process



If your return is approved:


  1. We will provide return instructions.
  2. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.




6. Refund Processing Time



Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.



7. Shipping Costs



  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
